These service fees are separate from and in addition to any amounts charged by the airline. Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Our agents will disclose applicable service fees before completing any transaction. By proceeding with a transaction after fee disclosure, you agree to pay all quoted fees.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official representative of any airline, airport, or travel booking platform. Airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced in connection with our services are the property of their respective owners. If you are eligible for an airline refund, we will assist in processing it; however, the timeline and amount of any refund are at the airline's sole discretion. We are not responsible for airline decisions regarding refund denials or partial refunds. Airline credits, vouchers, or travel waivers may be offered in lieu of cash refunds per airline policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
